7-Day Easy Return Policy

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong edition? No stress — we make returns simple and fair.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Books must be unused, unmarked, and unhighlighted, in the same condition you received them.
Original packaging and shrink wrap must be intact.
Include your order number and the invoice in the return parcel.
Damaged, wrong, or misprinted books are always accepted back — no time limit within reason, and return shipping is on us.

Call, WhatsApp, or email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Repack the book in its original condition — unused, unmarked, with shrink wrap intact.

We'll arrange a courier pickup from your address, or share our return address for you to ship it.

Once we receive and verify the book, we process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 working days.

Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 3 working days of us receiving the book.
Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Return courier charges are borne by the customer, except when the book was damaged, wrong, or misprinted — then we cover everything.
